The overall stay was good. All the staff were very friendly, and the underground parking was great! The area is a little rough, but it is West Edmonton. The room was very large (We had the standard King). The floors could have been a little cleaner however. If you want to visit West Edmonton Mall, definitely a good place to stay to be near by.

We loved our stay and have already recommended it to several friends! The location right across from the mall was perfect for us, as was the price. Our two bedroom suite was incredibly roomy, and comfortable. Staff on site were incredibly helpful and friendly. And you can’t beat the free continental breakfast!!

The hotel was very spacious. We had a wonderful time in the two bedroom and loft suite. The kitchennette was helpful but it was not stocked with any kitchen essentials. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Maybe some dish soap in the kitchen would have been a nice touch.

A location that can't be beat. Surprisingly spacious rooms with lots of cool features, including automated blinds. Air conditioning worked well considering the spaciousness. Lots of extra safety protocols in place. They allowed us to park early despite our room not being ready. 10/10, will return.

Great spot for the family. It's a busy area and clean as it can be as there will loitering near a Mall. It is clean and the staff are present working in and around the place. We would stay there again. Breakfast is decent. The loft suite was good. Couch beds should be evaluated for comfort; not sure how but it would be a big plus to the Loft suite. Bring an air mattress to supplement it??? All good. We liked it.

Stayed in the room with a loft. Was three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Very well maintained and clean. One of the best complimentary breakfasts we had on the trip. Was continental but also had scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage and good coffee.

The property was great! It’s clean, has everything we needed for our stay, the staff was super friendly and we were very comfortable. The only downside was getting to the property. If you’re not from Edmonton or know your way around, it’s a little tricky.

A new property and quite expensive. I thought it would be, I don't know... fancier for the cost? It is quite plain. The breakfast was basic. The room was large, but the room floor was dirty - popcorn and bobby-pins on the floor. However, the front staff were friendly and responded well to our concerns.
