"The location is great right in the middle of downtown, close to all of the excitement. The rooms were clean and the staff were exceptional. We arrived in Edmonton 3 hours before check-in and they allowed us to leave our bags there at the front desk so we could go and site see. As well as checking out, we left our bags at the front desk until we were ready to go the airport at 5pm. We will Definatley use the hotel service again"

"Easy check-in. Nice staff. Room was nice. Bed was a little too soft for us but we loved the pillows. We arrived on a Sunday and there was clearly a wicked partay on our 2nd floor the night before, the hallway was a mess and they were cleaning all day and the next morning. Cleaning staff were far noisier than necessary at 8am on a Monday but at least we were up already. We would stay here again. "
