"This is a really nice property, however, we had some issues. We never received the check-in information that we were supposed to receive two hours before check-in so we were not able to access the property until we were able to contact the host. Once we contacted him, we were in quite quickly. It was obvious that the floors were not as clean as they should have been as there was some debris on the floors. The biggest issue came when we went to go to bed. The sheets were not clean. They had obviously been slept in so we had to wash the bedding before we could go to bed. I contacted the host the next day and provided him with pictures but I was never provided with a satisfactory response. The other big issue was the garbage. When we arrived the garbage bin outside right beside the garage was overflowing and animals were scattering it around every day. The smell was terrible. I spoke to the host twice about this and was told it was registered with the city but obviously no one put out the bin on garbage day probably for quite some time. No one ever came to take care of the mess. When we realized it was garbage day, we put the bin out even though it was not our garbage. There was enough dinnerware for 8 but there was silverware for only 4 people and no ovenware. Other than these issues our stay was okay."
"We arrived late on our first day but found the location easily. Hope sent all the information we needed to get in and settled quickly so my son and I could get to sleep. The Nest is in a new house in a new section of town - still under construction - but it is cozy and comfortable and (but for a little noise from upstairs) quiet. There is street parking available and it is convenient. Overall we had a nice visit with family and enjoyed our stay. I would stay in Zuzi's Nest again and would recommend."

"We recently had a mini family reunion in conjunction with a hockey tournament and spent 5 days at Jonathon's house. It was conveniently located for daily trips to WEM and had nice walking trails within the community as well as a family friendly park.Clean and comfortable, with lots of tidy amenities, it accommodated our two families well. The hot tub was easy to use and the morning sun on the deck and great room was awesome.Communication with Jon was excellent and should we find ourselves in the EDM area again we would be seeking out this rental again."
"Loved this property and the proximity to West Edmonton mall and to the Doubletree where the rest of the family stayed. I WILL stay there without hesitation if it’s available next time I’m in Edmonton. Michelle the hostess was wonderful and easy to communicate with too. "
