"Good stay"

"Ive been using this hotel for over 3 years weekly, they use to not require credits cards and could pay $300 cash depots but not anymore. Now with the new owners they have made it a credit card only hotel for payment and deposit. Be awear if you book youl need to have full payment plus $100 on available on your credit card and if not they will charge you 1 night fee for cancelation as they wont check you into your room unless everything is on a major credit card!!! BE AWEAR "

"Both the Expedia and Ramada websites advertise as included breakfast and they do not have this. Walls are quite thin and plumbing is very loud. Also the rooms have vinyl plank flooring and no shoe mats so the floors get gritty really fast."

"We had a nice stay in this nice house. Impeccably clean and very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and a nice warm shower. Great conmunications with our host - both before and during our stay. It was convenient for our events at the Coronation Park rec centre. "

" We were comfortable and had a good sleep. We felt the place could have been cleaner. Example: rug in living room needed a good cleaning; jelly bean under chesterfield and we did not have any; cupboard under garbage container dirty; coffee ground in coffee maker. A few suggestions: disposable cups in bathrooms so no need to carry from kitchen; facial tissue available; cleaning staff need to be reminded to clean. "
