"Very affordable , great mountain view from windows, parking outside the room, full kitchen included, 2 minute walk from city centre, very friendly and helpful staff. The property is old but we aren't planning to buy it so that was not a concern. Will definitely go back. "

"The location and views are great. You can take transit to get down into the heart of Banff or take a bit of a walk down. My only complaint is the noise from construction, but i understand hotel upgrades are necessary. "

"The Crandell lodge is an older building but our suite was nicely renovated or updated recently. It was clean, tidy and very cozy. The staff was very helpful during our stay. The restaurant/pub in the main lodge across the street had great food and service. I would recommend and stay at the lodge again. The location of staying in Waterton town was wonderful in the 2nd last week of April as not many shops & restaurants were open which was great and kept the tourists to a low. It appears...

"These are awesome cabins in walking distance to Lake Louise. They are fully equipped with a cute little kitchen with an oven & stove top. Clean soft linens. Could have asked for more with this place. "

"We spent two nights here in a cosy cabin which was well located and suited us perfectly on a trip between Banff and Jasper. This is so convenient for the Colombia Icefield. The staff were lovely. The dining was surprisingly delicious and high quality with great wine. Thank you! "

"What a fantastic place to stay! Stacy, our hostess, got up early every morning and baked delicious muffins for us. She helped us with our laundry and even helped us wash the car! Can’t say enough good things about this place! We will definitely stay there again if we make it back to Waterton Lakes!"

"We loved our stay at Rock Lake Lodge. Rustic and secluded so perfect for our family fishing adventure. The staff were amazing! Candy and Leo were so friendly, funny, and authentic making for a very enjoyable stay. We ate all our meals at the lodge and the food is delicious! The kids just loved to food, the staff, and the area. Thank you again for a lovely time!"
