"Stayed in 1902 and it was very clean with an awesome view. Very nice condo facility with great parking for that unit. The facility is not new but well maintained for the amount of use it has had. Would definitely go again. "
"The resort sits in front of the ocean. We had ocean view to watch the dolphin swimming and the hear the ocean wave. The resort itself is being worked on. It needs an upgrades. It's old but 90% worked. We we come back for the view."

"Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!"
"It was good overall. Excellent location and comfortable condo. I just wish there was another shower on the second level. The shower downstairs was small and too wet for a larger group to take several showers in a row. Overall we had great time. Beautiful beach and nice clean pool. Loves the couch with massage chairs. Kitchen fully equipped "

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were excellent, and I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the atmosphere was. Location was convenient, with easy access to Pier Park and beaches. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"This is our third year to stay in this house. We have 12-14 every year and it fits us comfortably!! Communication with the owner is always quick and friendly. The pool is small but great for our kiddos. The house is just a few steps across the road to beach access. We really enjoy staying here and especially love the area because it’s much less busy than the condos in PCB!! Highly recommend a stay here!"
