"Manager was very disrespectful, went without water for almost an entire day and throughout the night. He lied saying it was the city’s fault but it was the hotels fault"

"Inside the cottage, was dated, dirty carpet, bugs, broken blinds, a bed from a second hand store (soft and saggy). Very Small TV, less than 32". Couch had stains under the cushions. Stains on the bedding. Lint coming off sheets, pillow cases, bath Towel and blankets. Two windows A/C units. No curtains on windows, we covered them in dark black garbage bags. This place was probably ok for teenagers and families. But not for senior adults with disabilities. The possible aspect was close to the beach and other areas."

"The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful. However, there was typically only one person so there was always a line of people waiting. We did require maintenance at one point and the maintenance man was there quickly and was friendly. We were in a room across the street. The lighting in the parking lot is poor. We were on the second floor and there are NO ELEVATORS! No good for two seniors with bad knees. The room itself was clean enough but the building is quite old and in need of major renovation. Our room was damp and there was mildew under the air conditioner. Also, no phone in the room so when we needed maintenance we had to walk across the street to the front desk. The pool was very nice, very clean. Plenty of chairs around the pool but the cushions were mildewed. We did see a couple of bugs in our room-nothing major, but when checking out I overheard the desk clerk talking with a couple that found bedbugs. We didn’t find any in our room. I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"They put me in a room where the palm trees blocked my view of the Gulf front ocean view that I paid for. It felt personal because that Hotel was not sold out. Do better sugar sands. There are many great Hotels that surround you! I’m in Panama City Beach every month for work and could give you my business….."

"Most reviews comment on the same things. I just want to list a few things we appreciated. Top quality paper towels, toilet tissue, detergent for dishes & laundry. Good water pressure in showers. Awesome pillows on the beds. Soft fluffy towels. The condo was decorated so pretty. The view was unbelievable. The floors were the cleanest I’ve seen & we take beach trips 3-4 times a year. Definitely not our last time to stay here. "
