"I've stayed several times at this building and this is one of the nicest of the units I've been in!!! It's an end unit and has extra windows. The place was clean, seemed recently renovated with neutral and cosy items. Had a beach vibe without being over done. It felt zen! This rental did NOT come with beach chair rentals but it's easily arranged with the beach chair company for cheaper than most other places on the beach. There is very spotty cell service in this area of the beach and this unit...

"We have just spent a week at Dolphin's Corner and we can't say enough about the property. I am EXTREMELY picky about cleanliness, and I must say, this is the first time I have vacationed somewhere that I can honestly say was perfect! It was so clean it looked brand new. The bathroom is usually my point of concern, but these bathrooms were exceptional...juat so so clean!! "This was our first time staying at Gulf Place and Santa Rosa Beach. My husband and I loved our time there. The studio was at a great location. You’re right across the street from the beach, literally a 2 minute walk. Restaurants and coffee shop all within walking distance. For spring break time, it was busy, but didn’t feel overcrowded. The studio was perfect for us and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!"

"Our stay at this property was amazing. This place is so close to the beach which made every day a beach day! We had a rental car, and so having a parking spot was a bonus. We only used the pool one afternoon after the beach, but it was clean and nicely kept. The apartment has the bare minimum of what you need as far as meal prep items. Lots of pots and pans and cookware, but since this is run by a property management group, nothing gets left behind food wise. So, get all the things you'll need...

"Worked perfectly for us (2 adult couples). We each had privacy, when needed. All the amenities we could have asked for. And so close to everything. Had a great time. Went to AJs for New Year’s Eve dinner and entertainment (which was a recommendation by the host). Super fun. Would definitely come back."

"The best of both worlds!! Ride to the hype of nearby parties and nightlife OR stay in the quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. Will book again for next year!!"

"This is an affordable option close Seaside. We booked last minute as chaperones to our daughter's soccer team spring break. The bed is a Murphy bed (folds down from the wall) and that was not clearly stated in the listing. The mattress was okay, not great. They did accept our pet, and the unit was clean, and everything worked except the TV. There was a cable box in the room, but it did not have active service. With wifi is DSL, and very slow. We also had intermitent outages. They sent someone...
