"The house was absolutely stunning, it had everything you needed and more. The only negative was the smoke alarm, the first night we got there the smoke alarm went off at 1 AM and it was not fixed until almost 12 PM the next day so we had to sleep through the beeping sound, right next to the master bedroom, which went throughout the entire house and was very uncomfortable, ear piercing. The only other recommendation I would make would be to get the fireplace fixed. It would've been lovely on the chilly nights to have had that fireplace going. Other than that, we most definitely would come back and stay. It was just a great big beautiful house, the ocean view was spectacular."

"We had a great stay! Close proximity to many cute shops and we loved the salty bottle for coffee each morning. The condo overlooks a nice, clear lake, and there’s good views of the gulf in the background! The Condo is connected to a cute HOA community with private beach access and access to multiple pools. The amenities were great and the host, Brett, was very accommodating."

"First of all I would like to start off on a positive note. Thomas was very good at getting back to me. I really appreciated that. However, I was so very disappointed with a few things. There was no 4th bedroom which must have been on the first floor. No bedroom with 2 beds. We are elderly and difficult to manage stairs so we were planning on taking the downstairs bedroom. There was a movie room which was added on adjacent to the back area. It had a tv and a loveseat and a couple of places to lie on the top to view a movie...but not a bedroom. The furniture truly needs to be updated. The bunk beds in bad shape. The 4 bikes had rusty chains and 2 of them were completely off. The golf cart was fun. The pool area had outdated furniture. They advertise a heated pool but it was NOT. The garbage on the side of the house was overflowing, and scattered on the ground leaving no place to put our trash. We picked it up and put it out for whomever was in charge of that. We loved the funky designs on the interior walls and decor. We did contact Thomas about some of these issues. He said he would address them with the proper people which didn't help us much but hopefully will be better for the following guests."

"Excellent location and layout. The home is in need of some maintenance for sure. Understand rental’s have challenges, but there is some real deferred maintenance that should be tended to. Amenities of the house are excellent, layout and comfort are great. Surprised there were not beach towels available, but the rental option with chairs worked really well. Overall a good experience."

"Condo was very nice and perfect for a couple or a family with young children. Nice balcony with view of the pool and only a short walk to the beach. Good location with restaurants, shopping and downtown Rosemary Beach close by. Highly recommended."

"We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great, convenient location. The pool is just steps away, and it’s only a 10–15 minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby. While beach gear wasn’t provided, which would have been a nice touch, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"The house was perfect for our family. The beach was within walking distance. We loved the fact that the property came with beach chairs. Grocery shopping was close by as well as restaurants. Also enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood!"
