"Our stay was okay could update the rooms and the laundry facilities. The elevators were kinda scary to ride looks like they have them together with ply wood and only one works. The staff were okay had to go to the office for sheets and was told the maintenance person would bring some up but no one ever showed up. All in all it wasn't a bad place to stay it was quiet and away from town which was a plus for my family. "

"We really enjoyed the location of this place. the house was also very nice, clean and had everything we needed. We couldn’t take advantage of the rooftop deck but the view was amazing! The hosts were also very great with communication and easy to work with. "

"This is the best location, steps to the beach, coffee shop, general store and the community pools. The beach chairs/chair pads/umbrella already set up on the beach were a big bonus. The heated pool was a big win during colder days of our stay. The community is clean, well-maintained and friendly. The cottage has plenty of parking space, was nicely decorated, had plenty of supplies in the kitchen; overall a comfy stay. It was a little tight with 2 bigger kids but there were no complaints since we didn't spend much time inside. "

"Amazing stay!! Booked for a girls weekend getaway, plenty of space for us all!! Beautiful art / decor throughout the space, very clean atmosphere!! Host was great at answering questions and communicating!! Great location with access to beach across and shops in the area.. the golf cart and bikes were a nice addition to the stay!! Not far from Seaside shopping and Alys beach areas as well!! Will recommend and stay again!! "

"You can see the beach from the balcony. There are 2 publix beach walkways within a block either way. For a Christmas present my husband got the family together. Myself, my husband, our son, daughter in law and 5 of our grandchildren ranging in age from 8 to 14 stayed in the house. 5 bedrooms each bedroom has a bathroom. 4 king beds and 2 bunk beds. Plenty of room for eating and playing games. We had our 2 dogs as well. "

"House had NO CLOSETS - none.. including master suite so spending a week and having to store clothes in armoires - plus suitcases in the room was challenging for a big family! Kitchen appliances were outdated and kitchen was small… also the carriage house shares courtyard, bikes, parking, garage so other guyest often left garage open all night.. just a very weird set up. The location was great - but will not be back. "
