"Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!"

"I will say the staff was doing the best that they could and the location is good. BUT, the room reeked of marijuana and we are talking about oh someone nearby was smoking, more like a frat party on 4/20. The bathroom was super small and none of the towel hangers would stay in place. I can not even stress to you how much this olace looked like it was being held together with duct tape and bubble gum. Due to their short staff and over booking we got to a room at 7pm after arriving at 5:30pm. They were understaffed and doing the best that they could with what they had. The elevators were nothing less than gross, the walls were ripped off in some places and had mold in others, only one elevator was working! All that being said, the location and easy beach access was good. They at least had towels and coffee stocked in the room. For the price paid I guess I get what I ask for but I would have anticipated paying less for the condition of the room. If you’re on a budget and don’t mind the mess then this is the hotel for you."

"The house was lovely. The kitchen was well-equipped (except no trash bags). The main areas of the house were roomy. My family had a great time at the pool throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio and overall our entire stay. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back."

"This house had so much potential to be great, but sadly, it was lacking. First, the microwave sparked every time we used it. The A/C system are mini splits, and oddly, the bottom floor was the hottest and never cooled down. There was ONE unit to cool the entire second floor living area which was veryyy hard to do and impossible to do while cooking. The third floor was the coolest and had three units total (one for each bedroom and one for the hall/stairwell. The unit in the queen guest room on the third floor started leaking and maintenance came out quickly to look at it as well as the microwave, but the A/C continued leaking the next day so bad that it came through to the balcony on the second floor and it also got an outlet wet causing all of the outlets to go out in that room. We reported this and maintenance never came back out, leaving us unable to use that unit which then meant we could not use that room because it was too hot. This was very inconvenient as we were utilizing all rooms with six adults and two kids. We also had issues with the showers and the house itself has not been kept up very well. There are just several small things that obviously show the house was not built well and/or kept up well. The management team was very quick with responses and maintenance was quick to come out the first time, but just never returned to fix anything. To sum it all up, I wish I could leave a better review, but I just can’t. The house was clean but it needs attention/work"

"The place was clean and well maintained! A great property for a stay on the beach and overall it did NOT disappoint!! Got a sense of comfortability the minute we walked through the door when we first got there!!! We LOVED how the beach was literally in the backyard! Extremely convenient, so that was huge plus!! We will definitely be booking this place again for our next beach getaway down in Pcb!"

"The view of the ocean and the access to the beach just steps away is awesome. It’s comfortable and clean! Definitely 4 stars for the above. It’s very basic in style and amenities. We like to be pampered a bit more, but would stay again based upon local. "

"Everything was great, we loved the house! The only slightly bad thing was the walk to the beach, be careful!!! Drivers are supposed to stop for you, but for some reason they don’t seem to want to! It’d be much better if the county implemented flashing lights and a button or whatever. But, don’t let that deter you, the place is amazing!!! And its only a 8 min walk to the beach, and 2 min drive if you’d rather drive instead!"

"The house was absolutely stunning, it had everything you needed and more. The only negative was the smoke alarm, the first night we got there the smoke alarm went off at 1 AM and it was not fixed until almost 12 PM the next day so we had to sleep through the beeping sound, right next to the master bedroom, which went throughout the entire house and was very uncomfortable, ear piercing. The only other recommendation I would make would be to get the fireplace fixed. It would've been lovely on the chilly nights to have had that fireplace going. Other than that, we most definitely would come back and stay. It was just a great big beautiful house, the ocean view was spectacular."
