"The property was very clean, the view was great as well. However, there was definitely some maintenance issues that need attention. Also, a better amount of towels and wash cloths would’ve been great. The two of us stayed for 4 days and only had 2 wash cloths and 4 towels, and due to the condo being privately owned we couldn’t get any extras at the desk. Overall not a bad experience and we will definitely stay again!"

"Upon arrival there was a pile of sand, crumbs, etc. swept near the back door. It’s as if the cleaner just didn’t finish cleaning as they also left a bathroom cleaner product in the tub. The baseboards in the bathroom were not clean. I found a pair of socks under the rug, which resembled a dirty, shaggy dog. Please note there is NOT a washer or dryer in this unit. There were only 4 bath towels, which was difficult for two being at the beach for a week. The kitchen supplied plenty of pots and pans, but only one wine glass. The room as a whole was nice and provided a beautiful view of the ocean. I didn’t contact the owner, and just made the best of everything and enjoyed our time."

"If 5:30 wake up is for then this is the place to stay. No blinds on the window so it was SOoooooo bright first thing in the morning. Door jam was bent so we couldn’t even close the sliding door all the way. Everything else was fine! The amount of text messages from Blue Swell is a little bit much!!"

"We had a wonderful experience on our trip to PBC. The property was excellent for our group. Everyone was very happy with the condo and the location was breathtaking. Quick access to the beach, pools, and entertainment. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend staying here, we next trip!"

"This is our 2nd time staying with Long Beach resorts through southern vacation rentals. It was a very easy in and out process which left so much more time for us to enjoy the beach and vacation we try to take every year. There’s a number you can text if you need anything (late check outs, codes, extended stays) we stayed on the 11th floor & the 2nd floor this year and they both was very nice & comfy!!"
