"Not a lot of staff, we enjoyed our stay but our power went out for a couple hours and we had a hard time getting in contact with someone. Room was ok, but I think could use a better cleaning. Seemed like staff maintained the outside well. Elevators worked good. "

"The furniture was very worn!! Threads showing through the coach and lots of handles off of the drawers. Closet doors had to be forced closed. But the WORST thing was the main reason I booked this room. The beachfront balcony. It was absolutely COVERED in bird poop!! Both of the chairs & table were COVERED as well. We couldn't even sit outside to enjoy the view.
VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I will never stay here again! "

Our bed was made each day and garbage picked up CLEAN ROOM no bugs not a one. Super great price We even stayed an additional day it was lovely Within walking distance to stores and Ferris wheel and lots of restaurants perfect location price and amenities 3 pools hot tub tiki bar and a gorgeous view Could not have been nicer loved the popcorn too!!
