"The house was very clean and well decorated. Two bedrooms with two full baths were downstairs while all living areas and another bed/bath upstairs. The pool was clean and close to the house; was rarely occupied so had it to ourselves most of the time. The pool area could use some upgrades and it is not heated. The beach access was two blocks away but did require to cross a busy street (Thomas Dr). The house came with a collapsible wagon and beach gear, which did make it nice. The area of the beach from the access was quiet and not busy at all. There is not much of a beach or water view from the house but the overall stay was wonderful. "

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful! Everything is clean and nicely decorated. One of the major selling points when booking was the huge balcony with so many seating options, and it did not disappoint. The inside was so spacious as well. The bathroom in the primary bedroom could have its own zip code. The only exception is the fourth bedroom that is a little in the small side. Otherwise this place was perfect! Management was fast to respond with any issues/questions we had too. Wonderful day and I would 100% recommend!!"

"Location was perfect, pool, jacuzzi and house were as described. Tons of room for 28 people. Access to beach couldn't have been any closer, basically steps to the sand. Climate control in the house was functional and available, but didn't need it. Views were unobstructed and beautiful. New grill worked perfectly. House cleaning was requested and promptly provided. Host was very responsive. "

"The location to the beach was excellent! Easy walk with our crew of 14! 6 adults and 8 grandkids. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool also. It was a great week. When we had an issue with the washing machine not working, Chris made accommodations for us to use one. Thank you for everything’"

"Floor wasn't very clean; we had socks on when we first arrived and they were dirty with-in 15 min of us being there. Everything else was very clean. We did find a wrapper under one of the beds as well. View was amazing, pool was nice. Wish the grills weren't on the side of the building more centrally located. We went to Pier Park shopping and the upside-down house both were good. One of the elevators was out for most of trip so it could get crowded in them or wait was longer, but that can't be foreseen, everything has to have maintenance!! Overall great place to stay we will use again!! "

"The property is absolutely beautiful. It accommodated our large group well. It is a short walk to the beach, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, and close proximity to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay again. Jake and Julia quickly responded to any questions or concerns."

"Check in was really easy. My wife got down a hour or so before me and had no issue. House is amazing. Everyone loved the heated pool and having beach chairs available saved us a lot of space coming down. "
