"This is the best location, steps to the beach, coffee shop, general store and the community pools. The beach chairs/chair pads/umbrella already set up on the beach were a big bonus. The heated pool was a big win during colder days of our stay. The community is clean, well-maintained and friendly. The cottage has plenty of parking space, was nicely decorated, had plenty of supplies in the kitchen; overall a comfy stay. It was a little tight with 2 bigger kids but there were no complaints since we didn't spend much time inside. "

"The house was perfect for our group! Traveled with girls for a spring break trip! The house had great amenities and was just a few minute walk to the beach! The communication before, during and after was very quick responses. Directions to get to the house and in the house was great! The guide electronically they provided to us was awesome! Overall we had a wonderful trip! Highly recommend this place for a big group!"

Host was great at answering questions and communicating!! Great location with access to beach across and shops in the area.. the golf cart and bikes were a nice addition to the stay!! Not far from Seaside shopping and Alys beach areas as well!! Will recommend and stay again!! "

"The location of the home was excellent! Wonderful beach access. Very disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the home especially with my the primary bedroom bedding. We have shared the cleanliness issues with Oversee in hopes for future improvements. "

"You can see the beach from the balcony. There are 2 publix beach walkways within a block either way. For a Christmas present my husband got the family together. Myself, my husband, our son, daughter in law and 5 of our grandchildren ranging in age from 8 to 14 stayed in the house. 5 bedrooms each bedroom has a bathroom. 4 king beds and 2 bunk beds. Plenty of room for eating and playing games. We had our 2 dogs as well. "
