"La propiedad en sentido general tiene muy buena ubicación, pues está justo frente al mar y en medio de la ciudad para si quieres salir a dar un paseo por la zona. Me gustó que el parqueo está justo enfrente y va incluido en la reserva. Puedes acceder a él desde el segundo piso del hotel mediante un pasillo techado o salir por la entrada principal y cruzar la calle. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, aunque cabe resaltar que durante mi estancia no fueron a limpiar ni me cambiaron las toallas. Por su parte, el desayuno estuvo espectacular porque tenía variedad de alimentos, tales como frutas, yogurt, huevos, café, jugos, entre otras especialidades. En el lobby todo el tiempo tienes agua caliente, café, te y azúcar para preparar infusiones a tu gusto."

"I thought at first we were in trouble but after we got settled in I felt better. It was not the top of the line place but it was ok. Parking is something else but we tried to just accept crossing the street."

"The apartment was great for my yearly couples vacation! Great balcony overlooking the beach with a lot of room for us to chat, laugh, & enjoy each other’s company. It was a little tricky getting the pass for the garage, but it all worked out. Great time for all."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a nice stay. The view from the deck is amazing. However, there us a lady with 10-plus cats that lives next door that drove our dog insane. They would jump onto our deck and hang out on the stairs, and the smell of cat feces is pretty immense. The property does not have beach towels like most do, that would be a nice add for people traveling from out of town by plane. We had to purchase towels in town, which was something unexpected. We also had to sweep when we got there due to the large amount of sand on the floors. There were a handful of roaches, which I know can happen with warm, humid climates, but it was a turn-off, especially for my teenager. The place accommodated our whole family well; it is perfect for two families. We had plenty of room for all of us. We would probably stay here again if we ever come back to PCB. We had a great week!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is superb! The property is spacious and plenty of beach accessories were available. it was nice to have so many bathrooms.we observed some of the same things seen in other reviews - kitchen lights sometimes didn’t work - an electrician showed up and of course they worked when he was there. A few issues - the refrigerator leaked water onto the floor our entire stay and did not make ice. A few breakers tripped during our stay. A little TLC and this would be a true gem."
