"I loved the location close to the E-Werk venue. The hotel was safe and very clean which are very important. My German isn’t very good and the staff was polite and patient with me. The lobby, gathering areas, rooms, and property are attractive. My only complaint, and not a big deal, was the food options in the evening down at the bar were limited."

"The hotel was terrible. They changed out rooms three times. The first room was not 3 beds like we requested, the second room bathroom wasn’t working. The shower wasn’t draining and it the bathroom was flooded. Front desk was rude to us. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. "
