This hotel was lovely. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Our only complaint would be the complementary minibar. While it is a nice idea, offering one single serve bag of chips for two people seems a bit undersized. The mirror frame in the bathroom had significant water damage. Other than that - GREAT stay! We would stay here again ;)

My wife and I stay here a few times a year for business travel. Great hotel, perfectly located, and the staff are fantastic. They have some great vegan options available and they go out of their way to ensure you’re taken care of. Highly recommended!

I can not say enough good things about my stay at this property. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the decor and amenities were flawless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Frankfurt. Having done a lot of walking and seeing other hotels, I was so happy I chose this one. The hotel is iconic but lacks a personal touch. The breakfast at €49 for everyone 8+ years is expensive. The gym was out of service for our visit which was a disappointment. A lovely building, refined reataurants and bar and a good spa.
