Great hotel, fantastic staff

First time in this Düsseldorf hotel and it was an excellent experience. I will definitely stay again. Friendly, helpful staff and reception. Room was super clean and fresh, best bed linen and pillows I've had for a long time (and I'm a frequent traveller). I didn't try the breakfast as I'm not a morning food person and €23 per person seemed expensive. Well done to all the team, it was a wonderful stay.

Always a pleasure staying here. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and functional. I've never tried the breakfast, but there are several good options nearby. It's easy to get here from the main station both by U-bahn and by foot. Pempelfort isn't overrun by tourists, so it feels more genuine and laidback

The hotel is in a great area with restaurants, small shops, and a grocery store on the corner. The staff is nice but their response by email is not good. It was my fiancée birthday and we were there to celebrate but the hotel took no interest in helping me make it a extra very special day for her. Also it is a non-smoking hotel but on the balcony people smoke a lot and it STOPS non-smoking people from enjoying the great garden also their own balcony!

Great amenities for a traveler! Everything you could need. Loved the library and took 2 books back to my room to relax and savor. Returned then to the library in the morning. Great shower and robe. Cookies in the lobby. ❤️
