Overall our stay here was decent. The bathroom was clean and the room was clean. However we paid extra to upgrade our room and apparently all we received was a bigger room? But the room did not look like the picture of what it was supposed to look like. Also, there was no counter space in the bathroom and the way the shower is designed it made a complete mess on the floor. The staff however was very helpful and kind.

For the price that we paid the convinience of the location is the reason why we score it good. I guess its a tourist spot so its not a very pleasing location. The room is really small i dont think the price is reasonable. I think there are better options around that is also convinient location that has competitive price

Comfortable hotel near the Dom and restaurants with a gym. Air conditioning in the room didn't really do much especially for how warm it was. Comfortable bed and smart TV.

Check in on the laptops was ridiculous! Letters are not like a keyboard and you can’t see what you are typing. The hallway carpets are filthy! The room was clean but no shelves to put things on.

A trendy hotel close to the train station. Being close to the station, there is some streetlife, and the almost constant chugging and squealing of trains. Try to get a room that doesn't overlook the main railway lines!

Great hotel in Cologne

The room was very modern, clean and quiet. Wifi was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is 10 minute walk from Cathedral and Main Train Station. Nice restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Cologne.
