"The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate your requests. It was a little inconvenient that the front desk had limited operation hours and that there were limited dining options in the neighborhood (no food delivery available via Uber Eats either), but still the friendly service overtakes these little inconveniences. "Great hotel, close to the station and the centre. Very clean and tidy, polite and lovely staff, no issues at all. Felt very safe. Great breakfast and amenities. Would just suggest when changing the rooms to consider providing more coffee and milk"
"Exceptionally clean, self-catering accommodation. Convenient location close to Wuppertal Hauptbahnhof and Schwebebahn. A range hood over the cooktop would be good - accidentally set off the smoke alarm. I heard another guest managed it as well. No dishwasher or washing machine in room. Guest laundry only had one machine and was never available when needed. Public laundromat nearby was good - cash only. "
