We booked 3 capsules, yet when we arrived they said that there was other people in these rooms. We got moved to the 4 bed female dorm which I paid for at the property, however, because they had cancelled the capsule rooms I was charged a full cancellation fee despite the hostel being the people to cancel it. I have been trying to get a refund on this for 2 months now and I have not received any success from either Expedia or the hostel itself. "

"Hotel is in a great location, less than 10 minutes from the Brandenburg Gate, very close to over and underground stations. Room was great, spacious, clean, cool. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a drink in the bar but didn’t eat in the restaurant. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Would definitely stay there again."
