"Pros: the staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. They went to literally every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Cons: They lost our reservation. Then they gave us a room with a joined bed instead of 2 twins, as we had reserved. The A/C in the room did not work the first night. They moved us the 2nd night and it still didn't work. They brought a fan, but we were very frustrated to have to share a bed (we're 2 friends) and sweat the whole night when we intentionally booked an air conditioned room with 2 beds."
