We were very pleasantly surprised with how much we liked this hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful, very clean room, and close to transportation. The bed and pillows were excellent. We ended up doing breakfast everyday at the hotel because it was so good with so many options. Would definitely stay again/recommend.

Das Hotel ist modern und gut, auch dessen Zimmer. Alles ist sauber und alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem ist das Hotel auch noch verkehrsgünstig an Straßenbahnlinien gelegen. Man hat aber keinen Lärm im Zimmer. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und komme wieder.

Erfreulicher Aufenthalt im Holiday Inn (Prenzlauer

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und praktisch gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind modern, gepflegt und sauber. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Berlin wieder das Holiday Inn Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) buchen.

Fint ophold, men servicen er forringet

Opholdet var som sædvanlig en rigtig god oplevelse. Desværre har man skåret ned på den daglige sengeredning mv. og man skal forlange nye håndklæder i receptionen. Minibaren er kun fyldt op ved ankomst, og ingen refill de efterfølgende dage. En trist udvikling, da jeg netop forventer at få en god service, uden at jeg hver dag skal bede om den. Jeg forventer selvfølgelig som stamkunde med efterhånden 15-20 ophold, at hvis servicen ændrer sig, skal jeg selvfølgelig også kunne se det på hjemmesiden før booking.

Fint hotel

God beliggenhed, nem adgang til offentlig transport, fin morgenmad, roligt hotel ingen trafikstøj. Vil fraråde at bruge deres "parkeringskælder", den er dyr og den gik i stykker, den bruger lift, mens vi var der, stor usikkerhed om vi kunne få bilen , da vi checkede ud. Stor forvirring og meget lidt hjælp fra receptionen.

The hotel was fine. However on the Hotels.com website it states and has pictures that you have a restaurant. As staying only one night and getting in early evening I was wanting to eat at the hotel restaurant that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. However I was advised by the receptionist that the restaurant only did breakfast. This is not clear on the website, so made a big impact on my stay.

Endnu et dejligt afslappende ophold.

Som altid meget venligt og imødekommende personale - er mit stamhotel 3-4 gange om året. Denne gang fulgte der en opgradering med. Jeg rejser normalt med min hustru, men hun var optaget denne gang, så jeg bestilte et ordinært værelse. De andre gange var det suiten med minibar, så der kan man måske godt lave en "opgradering" i form af morgenmad, hvis man vil tilbyde suite-stamkunderne lidt ekstra.
