"The location is convinient, but place doesn't look as nice as on photos. The main problem is noise. I could hear everything above me and around me. I couldn't. As some people left early, I couldn't sleep anymore because it felt that they are walking in my room and the cars were worst. The stuff tried their best, but office closed till 9am. The water is not drinkable, even coffe tasted terrible, so bring your own"

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Seaside. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The home was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The layout was perfect—spacious, inviting, and ideal for both unwinding and spending quality time together. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and all the little details truly made it feel like a home away from home.The location was another huge plus. It’s tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet still conveniently close to the ocean, shopping, and all the nearby attractions in Monterey and Carmel. We especially loved being able to easily explore the area and come back to such a calm, comfortable space.Communication with the host was seamless and professional throughout the entire process, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable.Overall, this was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"Absolutely loved it. Perfect for a group of 4/5 people it’s just like sharing a really big hotel room dairy cozy very airy and be warm or cool. All the amenities everything works. Location is incredible. Lots of parking. There’s a beautiful olive tree well landscaped, clean and quaint.Perfect Trailer and Car."

The kid's room was great for our little one - lots of toys, books, and crayons to keep them occupied. There's a Safeway right down the street and it's only 10 minutes to downtown Monterey. "Stayed at Jasmin’s house for 1 night and will never stay here again nor will I recommend it. She took our refundable deposit. I bought insurance coverage for property damage. Me and my friends took the time and effort to clean her house and made sure everything is in order how it was when we get there. Vrbo care told me the additional deposit was not needed because I already bought the insurance but Jasmin insisted to ask for additional money.This property is not guest friendly-not suited for family and friends get together."

"We reviewed the home before we stayed so it was exactly what we expected. As previously stated by others, bathrooms are located within 2 of the 4 rooms so prepare for that, and the upstairs master shower warm water is reverse. As long as you are aware of those two unique property facts, the stay is great. Host responds promptly with any questions as well. We enjoyed our stay."
