"This is a good family hotel option for visiting Estes Park. It’s in a good location, close to downtown but not in downtown. Easy to access the road to RMNP. Near lots of good food. I was able to run to and around Lake Estes easily (5 miles). The hotel itself has been renovated and updated since I first stayed there as a child! The pool and game rooms were big hits with my three children. The room itself was fine. I am shocked that they only have one elevator in the building but somehow that works. I like the added touch of giving us a s’mores kit upon arrival. Will for sure stay here again. "

"We noted and let the staff know that the east door did not lock unless pushed or pulled shut. We expected housekeeping in on the third day of or stay but they didn’t show. We had to ask at the desk for clean towels and more soap and shampoo."
