"This place is amazing and a wonderful place to start your adventures in Estes Park! The rooms were spotless, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The parking was convenient, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just minutes from downtown, great cafés, restaurants, shops, and Rocky Mountain National Park. The hotel was quiet, well-maintained, and made us feel right at home. "We visited Estes Mountain Inn for the first time with our 2 year old and 8 year old. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool option as the weather is always changing. We enjoyed the playground and games in the lobby. The smores and popcorn were a hit. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but it was still comfortable with AC and the smart TV was convenient as well. Can't wait to plan our next trip!"

"We originally started in one room then moved to another during our stay because we chose to extend our stay. The room carpets are dated and the flooring that was put on the deck is broken in spots. The dryer was not working so we couldn’t do laundry. The guy who helped me extend my stay was very accommodating in not requiring us to check out completely and wait until 3 to check back in."

"The room was clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property has a vintage roadside motel feel that may bring back memories of family road trips and could be a good fit for travelers with children or those seeking nostalgia. For us, however, it wasn't the quiet retreat we were hoping for. The furnishings felt dated, and the mattress was marked 2012, although it was clean. With exterior-entry rooms, indoor outdoor carpet, wall unit A/C, creaky floors, and noise from the room above, and children playing in the pool by our window, we found it difficult to relax and recharge. Despite a quiet policy, the normal noises from other occupants felt disruptive due to thin walls and aging floors. We couldn't unwind there. Given that this was one of the more expensive accommodations of our two week trip, we expected a more restful and quiet space. We chose to leave early and absorb the cost in order to find a setting that better suited our needs away from Estes Park, as it appears to be the norm there. The staff was very nice and the property was clean. It simply wasn't the right fit is as travelers seeking rest. That said, our impression may also reflect the area itself, which felt over crowded, busy and frantic during our visit. If you're looking for an active, nostalgic road-trip tourist atmosphere this may be a good choice. If your goal is to slow down, relax, and enjoy some quiet after a day in the National Park you may want to consider other options."
