"Some confusion at check in, due to change in their system and matching up rewards, but they were patient, and we got it done. Didn't realize i had booked a room with a roll in shower, but that was OK. Not impressed with in room coffee, and the hot tub was not working, but it is a clean and generally well maintained property, wit a friendly and helpful staff."

"The front desk staff were not friendly upon checkin. They were talking to each other and totally ignored us as we stood there, waiting to check in. Upon check-out, at 10:30am, there was no one at the front desk. We ate breakfast at the hotel, but unfortunately, my wife's rye toast was moldy. Yes, moldy. It was readily apparent to us, so why the people in the kitchen didn't notice is strange. Of course they comped her meal, but it was definitely off-putting. While we might stay at this hotel again due to its proximity to the Boulder Theater (a 3 minute walk), we definitely would not eat in their restaurant."

"My family had a wonderful visit to the Boulder Farm Arcade. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. When we were at the house, we spent most of our time on the large front porch, which offers amazing views. The farm is conveniently located close to downtown Boulder and numerous parks and hiking trails. The beds were quite comfy. The kitchen provides the basic needs to prepare simple meals. The stairs to the lower level are rather steep and narrow. My group did not have a problem with it, but I mention it for others who may have mobility issues. The extra throw blankets provided were appreciated for snuggling on the porch with our morning coffee. We loved watching the neighbors' sheep and cows. The host is very responsive, and we were welcomed with a lovely snack tray of local goodies and wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your lovely property!"

"This room worked out so well for me. I was traveling with my dog and there was plenty of space for us to walk and do his business. The grounds were well landscaped and compostable poop bags were right around the corner. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable."
