We absolutely loved our stay!! It is a wonderful place to stay if you have a student at CU Boulder. It takes about 12 to 15 minutes to go visit them, OR you can stay in the most adorable room with a fireplace, with wine and cheese complementary in the evening and breakfast casserole, granola, fruit, coffee and tea complementary for breakfast. It is on the most adorable town, on the cutest street that is filled with a couple local bars, coffee shops, gift shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. We will never stay anywhere when we go visit again! Highly highly highly recommend!

This was our 3rd stay at the Niwot Inn and Spa. You don’t feel like you’re in a hotel - it’s like you are a guest in someone’s home. The staff is incredibly friendly and outgoing. The happy hour/cookies/munchies are a wonderful touch in the afternoon in a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is also noteworthy - plenty of healthy options. Kudos to the owners and employees!
