"The room was very clean and we had an oceanfront balcony in the Aliā€™I tower and it was beautiful. The room itself was wonderful! The toilets are upgraded to high-end toilets with flushing and washing capabilities. However, the bathroom always smelled a little bit like sewage, which was not pleasant. We loved all of the pools and on-site restaurants however itā€™s unfortunate they do let anybody come and use the pools because it was very difficult to find a lounge chair. Additionally, the pool with the waterslides, the waterslides were only open for limited times. I feel like if you are paying as much as we did to stay at this luxurious hotel then the pools should be for Hotel guests only. Additionally, it says no reserving lounge chairs, but people did it every single day and nothing was done about it. Overall, I would definitely stay here again as it was very nice. The rooms were clean and the restaurants and pools were awesome and itā€™s right on the ocean as well."
