"My king sized bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. Hotel location was excellent, within walking distance to everything in Waikiki and in a very safe lit area for night time meandering. The pools and gaming room were great. I found the air conditioning a bit noisy at times and there were few lifts so it took a while because this was popular accommodation. Staff was super friendly. "

"Overall experienced was nice. The bathroom though has a weird smell and we had to asked the front desk 3 times for the housekeeping to come and changed our towels. The staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Parking is eother valet or walk far. There is only one elevator from street level to Lobby level and it is for luggage, strollers, wheelchairs, elders, etc. The elevators in general are lacking. 5 elevators for 25 floors, then it went down to 4 because one of them shut down. All in all the hotel staff was amazing, the room was incredible, and its in the perfect location. Good ada accommodation for such an old building but some more options would be great"

"Be prepared Parking is $46, they don’t tell you until you’ve already parked and checking in. Turns a $180 stay into a $226 stay. Still worth it though. Nice staff. Good on convenience being close to airport. Beds were comfy and rooms decent. Breakfast was nice as well. But cmom Hotels.com please be upfront about actual costs. Front desk staff says that it’s noted on their website but third-party operators don’t often share the parking cost. I Would stay there again if the need arose. Who wants to drive into Waikiki if no need? lol "

"The hotel is in need of a renovation. It was clean enough and the location was good. The best part of this hotel is by far the staff."

"Pictures are no where like the real condition of the property. Dirty and moldy. Water bubbles on the wall. Should I continue? If you are on a budget might as well rent a car and sleep in it. Only saving grace the hot water was really hot. Good luck if you don’t believe me. "
