The property was good distance from the heart of Madrid for peace and quiet but not too far that the commute into the city was only a 15 min drive. Wasn’t too sure with what was supposed to happen with the room service as no one attended to clean or change our towels for 4 days. Other than that, would highly recommend.

This hotel was beautiful! Location was amazing, super easy to walk to Plaza Mayor, royal Palace and other sights. Metro very close as well. The view from the rooftop pool was breathtaking! The staff were friendly and super helpful- big shout out to Mark! The room was spacious, clean and aesthetically beautiful. They provided a cot for us and even left a little care pack for our baby- too cute!

The staff were all exceedingly helpful, though Miguel deserves a special mention! The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot, but metros are also close by.

The boutique hotel was a beautiful place to stay in Madrid. The atmosphere, fragrance, decor, location, warm greetings, attentive & helpful staff from the first moment we entered was without fault. We have stayed in many hotels in Europe & this was one of the best.

This is an excellent hotel in the best part of Madrid. Highly recommended. One knows what to expect in a 5 star hotel and the Wellington ticks all those boxes - fluffy towels, comfortable bed, excellent gym facilities and the like. The reason I keep coming back to the Wellington though is that it is emblematic of everything that is wonderful about Madrid. The hotel is decorated with Spanish art and the rooms have antique engravings in them. The staff in the hotel will address you formally but...

Room Was clean and tidy

Hotel was in a convenient location. Has a cute little rooftop bar on top. Walking distance to sights and shops. In a safe area. The staff are friendly and helpful. I forgot my sunglasses after I checked out and the staff have been very helpful returning them to me. Rooms are clean and well looked after.

The room, amenities and staff were just perfect and made us feel welcome and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, clean rooms, friendly and very helpful Staff, the buffet breakfast was really good. Also walking distance to Atocha train station.

Clean room, good staff and central to everything!

The location is central to train and bus and department store and boutique shopping. Surrounded by multi price point eating venues and markets. Easy access to football stadium. parks and museums and galleries. Staff are energetic, fun and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
