You can tell the staff take very good care of the property, it’s very clean and pristine. We booked 2 of the queen bed rooms, it’s a small room but it’s exactly what the pictures show. Lots of parking right in front of the house. Great location, very quiet.
Nice old Victorian manor house turned into a classy Guest House Rooms are small We wouldnt book room 202 again as it is the smallest room just a bit bigger than the queen bed Wonderful location with Craigdarrich castle in the back yard Which is Magically lit up at nite Friedly staff and owners We will come back
Nice, clean, cozy bed and room, loved the style of the house. The option to use the laundry room is really nice, the view (depending on were your room is located) is great too.
First impression was that the outside yard was somewhat neglected which made us a little apprehensive. Once we were in and saw our room (Castle Suite) we were sooo happy! Loved the view, the bed was so comfortable, super clean! The rest of the house was also so inviting! Appreciated the access to the kitchen, teas, coffee….The only recommendation is that lotion and soap be provided, and the rug that came from under the sofa was a tripping hazard. Better to tape that down vs. risking a fall.
Thank you for our wonderful stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We stayed here for the night of our wedding and it was perfect. Really affordable, the staff were helpful in letting us drop off our bags early before the wedding, check in was easy. The bed was so comfy and the room was beautiful. The breakfast was easy and filling. 10/10!
Parking was challenging. Small rooms. Could use more counter space in rooms. Very nice employees. It's a bit far from city services...cafes, grocery etc. 24 hour coffee was like warm in the morning. I made a pot in the kitchen but used most of the coffee grounds available for that pot. Overall however a nice experience.
Check in was seamless although at 3:00 pm was later than expected. Very clean rooms. As we live in Victoria and were using our place for visiting family, we did not need breakfast or use your laundry facilities.
Would definitely recommend your b&b to others.
Overall, our stay was wonderful! Parking was easy, room was a perfect size, easy to access.. and everything we went to was so close-by! Our bathroom door unfortunately required us bodycheck the door in order for it to close, but could have been worse! Lovely hotel, and lovely staff!
Location was wonderful. The decor, the cleanliness everything was perfect. My only struggle was with parking. Having arrived late I had to park a block away because the street parking was full.

Liked: Cleanliness
A lovely place with character and friendly staff. Close to sights and shops.
Wonderful experience all around, felt like home with an upscale wraparound care and comfort. Home made breakfast on demand, utmost cleanliness and genuine care for guests. We stayed 5 nights and look forward to returning again. Best city views!
Nicely located near Government House, a 15 min walk from downtown Victoria. We liked the place, and enjoyed hanging out in their sitting room. We had a great stay.
Well appointed interior, very clean. Welcoming seating room, sunny dining area, clean and functional kitchen to store food or cook if one was inclined. Our room was small but bed very comfortable, bathroom clean and redone so very nice. The street was a beautiful residential spot, parking limited but always worked out. Lots of stairs up to the property and within this delightful Victorian home. Staff was informative, friendly and gave us a nice little tour. Would definitely recommend.
