"The room was not expected from what was shown in the booking photos. There were insects inside of the room upon or entering. The painting on the wall wasn’t even straight; crooked. Definitely a borderline 3 star."

"We had a great stay at hu Venezia. The resort is clean, quiet, pet and family friendly. Having the restaurant/cafe on site made it easy to eat before exploring Venice or after getting back. They offer a shuttle service that takes you to and frpm Venice for a fee. This was VERY convenient, just look on their website or ask the front desk for help."

"The property's location would be hard to beat. I would pass on their breakfast option next time, as there are many nearby options with better cappuccino. Rooms were small and the shower in the bathtub you had to climb into as the tub had high sides and was narrow. The shower had lots of hot water for the first person but the next body should wait a bit or the water turns cold mid shower. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. we did not use the air conditioning as we were their in early May"

"Breakfast was good, nice selection. Staff are polite, courteous and friendly. English speaking as well. You can book a gondola ride right at the hotel. No waiting. The hotel is central in Venice. A few feet away from San Marco square and the waters edge for boat taxis or the water bus to and from the airport. "
