"Staff service was exceptional. Beds were super command rooms were very very clean. There were many choices at the buffet breakfast from cold to hot foods. Above all, the service we received from the concierge Gianluca who provided us with recommendations to amazing restaurants for dinners and other advice. Also at breakfast, Valeria went over and above making sure we had our cappuccinos super hot as we requested and ensuring that we were happy with breakfast. Ensuring that our needs were met. Overall the smiles and enthusiasm for their work made out stay at this hotel seamlessly comfortable. Location was perfect. Set in the high end area and walking distance to canal, shops and Piazza San Marco. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel."

"Couldn’t fault it! Room was immaculate, staff were so helpful and welcoming, breakfast was lovely, and the location is great. Music from a bar outside was loud on Friday night but it stopped at 11pm so didn’t really affect our night’s sleep. We had a twin room and the beds were very comfy"

"The hotel is in an excellent location for airport water bus and the water bus to train station. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are a good size with nice décor. Location is great for San Marco and exploring. Breakfast is very good and the bar has a lovely atmosphere. Can highly recommend staying here."
