"Used as a stopover due to a late evening flight arrival . 10minutes if that from the airport by taxi . Family room immaculate and ideal . Breakfast was a self service simple affair but more than adequate . Host was there and helpful with bus information for our car rental . Communication regards Venice Exemption passes and how to self check in from the host were great"

"The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and very clean, but they showed some wear & tear; tiles that were broken in the shower & wear on the vanity, but everything was working fine. I stayed in multiple hotels on my trip through Italy and this seemed to be problem in all of them, so the issue may just be finding good contractors. The pictures on the website show #61 as the entrance, but we actually had to check in down the alley at Hotel...
