"Great location near to the shuttle buses and some water taxi stops. Staff were helpful, room was basic but clean. Shower worked well - no issues with it running cold like I’ve had in other hotels! Continental breakfast buffet was simple but plenty to choose from. Would stay there again if I went back to Venice."

The rooms were large and very clean, but they showed some wear & tear; tiles that were broken in the shower & wear on the vanity, but everything was working fine. I stayed in multiple hotels on my trip through Italy and this seemed to be problem in all of them, so the issue may just be finding good contractors. The pictures on the website show #61 as the entrance, but we actually had to check in down the alley at Hotel...
