"The staff did all those extra things that you didn’t expect. The people at the front desk were superb. The place is a hop skipped in a jump from the water bus or the people mover making it very convenient to get in to the center of Venice without being a face in the crowd"

"Location was perfect, we got the water taxi straight from the airport which was very convenient. The coffee at breakfast could have been better but everything else was great"

"Couldn’t fault it! Room was immaculate, staff were so helpful and welcoming, breakfast was lovely, and the location is great. Music from a bar outside was loud on Friday night but it stopped at 11pm so didn’t really affect our night’s sleep. We had a twin room and the beds were very comfy"

"The hotel is in an excellent location for airport water bus and the water bus to train station. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are a good size with nice décor. Location is great for San Marco and exploring. Breakfast is very good and the bar has a lovely atmosphere. Can highly recommend staying here."

"Great place to stay but the AC was on chilly whatever we did and I found the bed to be very firm . It was very clean, a credit to the staff . 25 min walk to the bus station which was hard work in the afternoon due to the crowds , but easy in the early morning as the streets were empty in comparison . A few min from the expensive shops which reflects in other shops , the further out the better the prices .Do your research and you will have great time . Nothing is far away as long as you can walk . "
