The staff at the hotel really made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. Valentina in particular was an exceptional host and went out of our way to make sure everything was perfect for us. A good one Really appreciate her hospitality. Great location and we had a good room which was larger than we planned.

Lovely staff at the hotel and great location. Our room was a two bedroom with slanted ceilings in bedrooms and bathroom so it’s not great for tall people. The room was kept clean and towels were changed daily. We were also provided with coffee pods and snacks.

This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for our 1st time stay in Venice. Spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very clean, modern, and great location! Room had views of the Venice alley ways and canal, pretty cool! We took a private boat that pulled right up to the lobby, also very cool! Staff was great and very helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Would definitely stay here again.

Elegant apartments run by a professional and welcoming team who made our stay very comfortable. The palazzo is situated close to everything but in a quiet and charming area. The building is newly renovated and decorated tastefully. The apartment one needs and the space to relax as a family.

The palazzo dei fiori was very roomy, clean, and the communication was very good. Good mattresses allowed us to sleep well. Close to tons of restaurants, shopping, and excursions. The room was stocked with refreshments, fresh fruit, snacks, and coffee. We could hear musicians practicing classical music and opera singers singing in the distance. At first I was not certain, but the following evening, we found out that the palazzo de Musica opera was next door where we were delighted by the operatic story of la traviata and a glass of champagne. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Amazing property. Spacious and beautiful. Located right next to the Circus Maximus and a little strip of bistros and bars. While we were staying there were a few concerts at the Circus Maximus and we were able to enjoy them from one of the restaurants near the apartment. Recommend Guenda restaurant for great food and drinks just a few steps away.

A beautiful apartment with two big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room. It takes a day or so to figure out where you are but basically near Academia Bridge and not far from San Marco, near Giglio bus stop. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is delightful. This was an amazing hotel to stay in Venice. The location is close to all the major attractions, restaurants, shopping. There's a cafe arund the corner for breakfest. Our room was grand, clean and stylish. We're a family of four, we stayed in the Girasole room, there was tons is space to stretch out. The stocked fridge and fruit was a great welcome. Anyone staying here must take a water taxi to the hotel! Great way to start and finish your trip. I'll definitely stay here again.
