Very clean hotel with a nice breakfast buffet each morning. Staffs are helpful and supportive. Very good stay. However there was a lady from the hotel came in our room without knocking at the day of our check out. When we went down stairs there was another person complaining about it too. Suggest the hotel give staff training to knock first before entry.

Staff was very helpful from the beginning. Provided assistance in finding places in Venice and guidance how to move around.
