"At Hotel Bella Venezia they go above and beyond. While I was sitting in the lobby they approach me to offer me proseco to celebrate my bday and the next day they had a take away breakfast ready for our train ride at 6 am"

"Very small rooms and AC wouldn’t function. We did open our windows but there was no cross breeze. Size of shower was laughable. I wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay. The hotel is in a great location and very friendly staff. Great drinks bar bar and food breakfast. "

"Always delighted to stay at one of they many great hotels of "Starhotels". My first time at the Splendid Venice but, certainly not the last one. Grazie mille for the exquisite suite with canal view, delicious breakfast and above all, that superb staff that goes the extra mile to make you feel in paradise, whatever the city you are. Venezia is one of a kind place, very close to my family heart , living it from The Splendid was nothing else but "Splendid". Ci vediamo!"

"The staff, both at the front desk and the Restaurant - especially the concierge and the maitre d - make the Hotel Saturnia a place to remember! We stayed 3 nights for our 50th wedding anniversary trip and could not have been treated better! We were so happy that we chose this place! They arranged the prerequisite gondola ride on the evening of our anniversary night, the dinner afterwards in the restaurant and the special attention we received there, was unimaginably wonderful! This was a destination that we will never forget thanks to the excellent staff! The location is amazing as well! Walking distance to anything you need, including all the high-end and luxury shopping destinations, as well as quaint small Italian bistros and bars! We certainly look forward to coming back in the future! Grazie!"

"Pros: great location. Minutes from both Rialto and San Marco. Large, clean bathroom. Coffee / hot water machine in a common area. Beds were comfortable. Cons: no elevator. Have to drag your bags up and down 21 steps. The room was tight. The location cuts both ways because it being so central means a lot of noise late into the night and very early. The coffee machine broke. Nobody washed the cups guests used. All in all though, a good deal for where it is. "
