"Beautiful property , remote and quiet , located at a mountain summit. Friendly staff .
Spectacular panoramic views and multitude of colorful birds. Great weather , not too cold or hot . The access road is difficult and not suitable for vehicles other than 4 by 4 transmissions, that maybe the only downside , but I was told you can also hire a special transport in the local town nearby , around 40 minutes drive from there to the hotel . We do hope to get a chance to visit this property again "
"Love this hotel. It beautiful and the room was really nice. It is in a great area with plenty of restaurants. The only downside is that they don’t have a gym, but that’s ok because the staff, location and the design of the hotel made up for it. Highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here again. "
"Excellent option for your stay in Medellin, very chic with modern vibes. Staff was exceptionally friendly and willing to provide assistance when needed. Hotel is attached to El Tesoro mall which was very convenient "
"The hotel was amazing! The rooftop view is spectacular! We traveled with kids and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The staff was super helpful and nice. "

"The hotel was understaffed which made service slow. When we went to the pool, there was no one there to give us towels in three separate occasions and we had to track someone down to get us some. The room was ok, but the beds were only doubles instead of queen sized which made sleeping less comfortable. However, one of the doorman named Giovanni went out of his way to accommodate us. He changed some big bills into smaller bills for us so we had money for tips, he found us an excellent driver to take us to Guatape and when we checked out, he signed us out of netflix (we couldn't figure it out because it was all in spanish) and took a video to show it was done. This man was exceptional and made out stay much more comfortable. "
