I have stayed at many hotels in Colombia. They're all good. But, I prefer San Fernando Plaza to all the others. It's priced right. It's staff are nice. It's clean. The food is great. They have a worldclass breakfast. You cannot go wrong.

Great stay overall. Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet managed by very attentive personnel. Little details reduce the rating slightly. In five nights our bath glasses were not replaced once. I needed Kleenex and they had none even when requested. Penny pinching philosophy. Nonetheless I would go back.

Overall was ok, the security goes above almost making you feel like you are not a paying guest but a bit on an inconvenience, I got woken up at 8am being accused of having “an unregistered guest over and using an extra breakfast” Not once I was asked but just accused of it. I needed to change for dinner and my cousin was not allow to come up to my room even after providing valid ID- she had to stay downstairs, I understand security it’s important but I spent 5 days feeling like I was going to keep breaking the rules- Julian one of the guys that works at the entrance was very kind and always helpful. Oh almost forgot! My room key stopped working 3 times.
