Location of this property is excellent. It was clean and friendly staff.
I think for a property like this with about 250 rooms, there should be more elevators for the guests. The average time of waiting for the lift was about 5 minutes!!
The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable.

The lack of elevators really made going to the room and back an unpleasant experience. A third or fourth elevator would make things move a lot faster.

We have looked at all potential options, but are not able to install an additional elevator due to the existing structure. In recent years we did complete a refurbishment of our elevators to make the existing ones we have at least a little more efficient. While it has increased efficiency overall, on busy days and at busy times, we do find ourselves with delays at times. The wait for elevators is certainly very frustrating, I can empathize with this. Our room was awesome and service impeccable. Parking is self-park in underground garage for 39 CAD. Will be back!

Everything was great from the checkin to checkout.
Comfy bed, clean and good storage.
Only disappointment was the room service hot breakfast. Delivered on time and as ordered but was cold.

Excellent spot right next to The Centre for the Performing Arts. Staff was helpful and we didn’t have the usual nightmare parking experience in downtown Vancouver - underground parking for the hotel was easy to locate.

Overall had an excellent stay in the suite. Excellent panoramic views even at low floors. Excellent service. Barely any noise. Functional and large bathroom. HVAC was perfect. Room was clean and dust free.
The only thing I was disappointed about was that despite the large sq ft, it wasn’t carefully thought of for families. The tiny fridge was filled with drinks making it hard to store own food. The king bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. Only two elevators so sometimes wait times were significant.

The staff was super nice and helpful even when short staffed they accompanied me the best way possible. The room was clean, but a little smaller than the pictures. Even if my privacy sign was out Housekeeping got in touch with me to come by at any time when I was out of the room to make sure things were clean and I had water/coffee each day.
