Friendly and helpful staff with spacious rooms and ample amenities. Indoor/outdoor pool area was clean and well maintained. One of the elevators was out of service on a busy weekend so that was a major inconvenience given the long waits and crowded single elevator. Parking was close by and reasonable.

Everything was great, other than the parking! Absurdly expensive price to park at a premium hotel. Over 30 dollars per day is insane outside of a large metropolitan area. The parking should be included in the room price.

The room was amazing the staff was very friendly the only thing i will say was, when we got to the hotel a guest told us the hot tub was not working, we called down to the desk to confirm, they checked confirmed it was working all of us go down to the hot tub and it wasn't working so we went to the front desk and the guy was very standoffish.and told us oh well, but all the other staff where great and the hotel was beautiful

Overall everything was excellent. Great service from the hotel staff. One unfortunate thing was the intense smell on our floor hallway from either the laundry or spray used by hotel.

Overpriced for what it provides

It doesn't have a lot of frills, but everything works as advertised, especially the shower which was awesome. Service is great and so is location, right in Yaletown. An automatic front door would be nice, but other than that everything was great. TONS of restaurants literally seconds away from the hotel.
