I love the layout of the room, with a living room and a bedroom that are separated by a sliding door. The bed and pillows are comfy. The linens and towels are white and clean. The staff are great and greet you with a big smile, some will even bother to remember your name, so friendly. We had the breakfast option downstairs at the French bistro, and the food was so yummy, definitely worth the upgrade (and actually ended up being cheaper than if we had to buy breakfast for ourselves). The location is very convenient, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as transit options. At first, I was worried because of the valet only parking, but we didn’t end up needing our car at all during our stay. We are very happy with our stay, and will definitely stay here again next time we were in Vancouver.

The hotel was so easy to walk to from Canada Place. We were able to store our bags and see the city until we were ready to check in. The concierge was very sweet, he gave us great advice and even had discounts for tickets at Capilano park. Our house keeper knew us by name and arranged her cleaning around our day. We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs- the wine and dinner were fantastic.

Room was a bit dated but has warm old European charm. The ventilation made a lot of noise intermittently throughout the night, disrupting sleep but was fixed after it was brought up to the front desk.

Location is the main thing this property has. The pictures on the site to book are highly edited. It was no as fancy, grand or ambient atmosphere as it appeared on the booking. When you get there it’s very old and outdated. Staff were great, super clean, but needs to be updated I felt like it was 1990 vibe

Hotel was very clean with bottled water & hygiene products provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Location to excellent downtown shopping. Cruise ship terminal was just a 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend this hotel.
