"Our experience here was not so great. The door locks very glitchy, most times won’t open from first time, sometimes we had to swipe the card like 4 or 5 times To get it to open. Can’t use the Luggage cart By yourself, Only With hotel staff. Walls and fans were dusty, the floors very squeaky, It was hard to sleep, hearing people walking above. Cabinet door was almost falling off, cracked and peeling paint in some places. This place can definitely use some maintenance. The curtain closure handle was broken. No microwave in the room. One day there was no pool towels. And lots of debris from the trees floating in a pools. But the pool water was nice and warm."

"The location is excellent. Direct access to the Skytrain is great. Unfortunately, for an upscale hotel we were disappointed in the room. We had a suite in the East tower. Everything squeaked or leaked! The King size bed squeaked every time you moved an inch. The Box spring needs to be replaced. All the doors squeaked horribly (bathroom and bedroom doors). You could not help but wake up your partner if you closed/opened the door. The sofa in the living room squeaked and had zero support. Needs to be replaced. The bathroom is big and very nice, however, the glass shower door leaks. You step out onto a puddle of water after every shower. There is a safe in the room that was very easy to use. The TV was antiquated. The lack of a proper detailed channel/program guide had you aimlessly clicking the remote hoping to find something to watch. The whole TV menus felt like a trip back to hotels in the 1990's."

"Nice hotel great location super nice staff but the hotel is a little outdated needs some remodeling. Like our room had the old bathtub with curtains in the shower and it was a kind of tall so my mom couldn’t get in to the tub to take a shower. Overall experience was good but for that reason I don’t think we will go back again."

"The location is the best thing going for this hotel. The food at the bar was just ok. Was not impressed and the service was slow. The rooms are dark and outdated. They really need an upgrade. The staff we dealt with were great though and very friendly and helpful. "
