  • Quiet1 bedroom fully equipped cottage in a park like setting, close to shopping Tim Horton, Costco , restaurants, and activities. 30 Minutes to Mt. Washington skiing, Crown Isle golf course 10 min. Par 3 golf course 10 minutes away.Downtown 10 minutes. Airport 15 minutes. Patio and BBQ for your enjoyment. Going hiking , fishing all are close by. North island hospital close by.

    Owner lives on same property and has 2 small dogs.
    This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
    A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
    Our house rules: not suitable for infants under 2, not suitable for children aged 2 - 12, primary renter must be 25 or older, smoking permitted, no parties or events, no pets.
