"We arrived around 1:00 PM planning to just leave our luggage, but we were able to check in right away, which was a big help. Since we had booked for three people, an extra bed was already prepared without us having to ask, which was great. The room also had a sofa and was spacious enough. Everything in the room worked perfectly, and it was very comfortable. As for the shuttle bus, when we came in the summer it was operated independently, and the stop locations were hard to figure out, which was inconvenient. But this time, it was running jointly with Hilton, making it much more convenient. Thanks to that, we were able to go to the Hilton restaurant for a meal."
