"base-wangfujing was a fantastic "base" for our stay in Beijing. Easy access to the Subway and with lots of restaurants and bars - both traditional and contemporary - within easy walking distance. "Very large room that is decently clean and comes with a kitchen, washer dryer, living area and sofa. Breakfast was decent and relatively inexpensive with ok options. Cleanliness is acceptable but the key concern is the room air conditioning. We went in the spring so we could live with the weak air conditioning. However, it might be hard to deal with during the summertime. Will recommend the Japanese restaurant at the hotel lobby. Food and drinks are absolutely fantastic."

Great Stay at The Pudi Beijing
"The Pudi is a lovely hotel located close to the Beijing Rail Station. It is in easy walking distance of convenience stores and restaurants, and the metro if you wish to go further. The staff spoke some English which was helpful and appreciated. The room is well proportioned, comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pudi and would stay there again and recommend. Would like to see less plastic water bottles, and instead replace with refillable ones. Also, some information in the room as to what is good to do and see would be a nice touch."
