The room,the chairs were very dusty. The master bath room toilet was very smelly and no air refresher. Aside from that it is a good place and we enjoyed our selves.

The apartment and pool area are really great! Exactly like the photos online. Great value for money and perfect for a family stay. The pool was never really busy and often we had it to ourselves. The site is quite new and still being built so you can expect building noise particularly when at the pool. This is difficult to avoid in Tulum as there are new developments everywhere it seems.

The property is beautiful, the area is amazing. Plenty of room in the apartment, 2 rooms, one with a king bed the other with 2 single beds. If you have a car there are 2 spots for 6 apts, so, you may leave your car at 30 meters away from the property, no big deal, inside of the gated comunity. Feels very safe in Zama, it is a growing community that will have everything.

Beautiful condo, nice and clean. The washer/dryer was a plus! The other buildings are still under construction, however, it did not interfere with our stay. Definitely recommend.
