We stayed here for a cheer comp. Other team Members were staying here as well. Check in was pleasant and they were able to check us in a bit early . Rooms were lacking at the Hilton. No robes, no slippers, no bathtub, no coffee or tea maker in the room. My daughter ended up not feeling well and I wish we had a tea maker. Also found the dining options to be less than. And they don’t offer room service. They have grub hub. If you order within the restaurant they will deliver it to your room door. If you choose a restaurant outside of the resort you will be meeting him by the taxis. We ate at Juniors the first day. Service was slow. Prices were high and food was just ok. We did like their pool area with the giant jacuzzi. We didn’t get to use it this trip but walked down to sit in the sun and check it all out. For me this hotel is lacking in food options and room amenities. For the price I’m going to be staying elsewhere.

Slow check in. Room I got assigned initially was already occupied which created an embarrassing encounter. Ordering room service was like ordering takeout…..not what I would expect at a Conrad.
