My room was a little tight and there was no onsen, in contrast to the previous hotel I stayed at. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly and used google translate to speak to foreigners, as well as providing ample pjs and towels.

The staff, service, facilities, location etc. ALL excellent! The only reason for 4* overall is the size of the room, inducing feelings of claustrophobia! I booked a double, as I expected it to be relatively small. IF the hotel has a bigger-size room, I would gladly stay there next time. Is there a bigger-size room? How much bigger? Great value for the price, in prime ginza location. Staffs are super polite and helpful. The room is very clean and provides a lot of things like PJ, kettle, instant coffee, tea, etc. they have a great check in and cleaning system. It provide a double bed although it may looks like single on the photo. The bed is super comfortable, area is super quiet. I have great sleep and shower.

Checkin was easy. Staff were polite and took the time to converse with us in English. That was appreciated. Rooms are small and efficient. For a family of 4 we booked 2 rooms with a double bed in each. It is a tight fit, but we spent most of the time walking around sightseeing.

Good stay in Ginza, walkable to Shimbashi and Ginza stn, easy to explore Tokyo and head to Haneda airport after. Near central Ginza with lots of shopping and food. Staff helpful and English speaking, allowed us to hold luggage after check out so we could explore the city before heading back to collect bags. Rooms are small but expected for Tokyo and price point. Enjoyable stay for 1 night.

The location of this property is nice, close to almost anywhere you want to go anywhere in Ginza. The people in the reception are nice. But everything good stops there. Don't be fooled by the high ratings. For the price we paid, I would at least expect it to be a clean looking. The room we were put it with double bed is so tiny which is typical with japanese hotels. However, the bathroom smelled liked urine and sewer. The bathroom tub corners have some old dried up mold or shampoo that has not been scrubbed. No complimentary water in the room. Also, as a first impression of the hotel, they should at least clean the carpet of the elevators. It is so dirty and really would turn you off the minute you walk in. I'd say pay a little extra and stay elsewhere...

Excellent location in Ginza.
A clean modern affordable business class hotel with very attentive and professional English speaking front desk and housekeeping staff. Excellent location in Ginza, close to the JR Shimbashi station, Chuo Dori, and the Hamarikyu Gardens. I would definitely stay here again.

Affordable and close to all restaurants
It is very close to train station. Lots of food options around. But rooms are small, but didn’t really bother us. Quiet area also even it is close to train stations.

Very convenient location, we book 2 rooms for 6 nights, stay was pleasant, room soundproof is good, definitely a peaceful stay. Family mart is just beside the hotel, eateries nearby are all awesome, never go hungry at night. Will book again with them if i visit Tokyo in the future.

Nice stay
Hotel was clean and tidy. Wide range of amenities was available. Room was just sufficient to open 2 luggage. Very near to the train station. Few mins walk to Tsukiji Market which has lots of nice breakfast place. Worth the price.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Amazing first stay in Tokyo. Hotel is very clean and the staff were super sweet and courteous, welcoming us with gifts for our honeymoon! Also, my husband sometimes has trouble sleeping at hotels due to noise but it was so quiet here, we slept so well!! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
