Everything I experienced there was great customer service great people amazing friendly calm and quite every time I travel to Tokyo the bay is where I stay my only issue the mattresses are a little thin so starts of comfy but once your body’s absorbed your literally sleeping on wood that’s about my only issue other then that I would 100% recommend is for any goal too ussibyw

Extremely clean accommodation and friendly staff
It was in a close location near the subway and the staff was super friendly and accommodating during a typhoon that interrupted our trip. Our accommodation was extremely clean and the restroom and shower facilities were also spotless.

Everything was perfect but I feel like is a waste of plastic when you give a toothbrush and more stuff. If you guys can think about to be eco-friendly would be nice! Overall it was perfect!!

I spent 6 nights here. It was my first capsule hotel and I was very happy with it. The entrance is awesome looking with the benches outside I think they have a partnership with the anime Ace of Diamonds because they have stuff everywhere. Even life size cardboard cut outs. The have two lounges for general public and a separate one for females. Good for them. Internet is very fast too. I had no problem streaming or playing games on my laptop. Vending machines have food and drinks. The breakfast is just a couple pieces of bread and coffee but it is appreciated. I love that if you do not want your capsule cleaned. They will give you a bottle of water. The lockers are kind of small or luggage but you can just put them on top of the lockers since it is under video surveillance. I highly recommend this place. Good location. Relatively quite too

Fun to try, clean and cozy
My first time at a capsule hotel and it was fun and cheap. I think it might be upscale compared to some.They offer everything you need: bedding, pajamas, robe, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, nice vanity area, blow dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, and locker area near sleeping pods. The sleeping pods close with a curtain at your feet so you may need to use their provided earplugs, but I was fine. And very comfortable and cozy for sitting up reading or watching my Netflix, Enough space not to feel claustrophobic. It's in a modern kind-of boring part of town with offices but not a lot of other stuff like restaurants. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Tokyo Station so that's convenient. Men and women are on separate locked floors. You can either leave your suitcase locked in their office and just bring up what you need, or keep your suitcase near the lockers where it's probably safe but no guarantee. Staff were nice and helpful.

Good capsule experience
This capsule hotel is straightforward, leave your shoes in the lockers at the entrance, grab your slippers and enjoy your stay. The capsule itself had ample room in my opinion, though I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who suffers from claustrophobia. It was comfortable and well ventilated. You get some free amenities as well as pyjamas for the night. Everyone staying on my floor that night kept as quiet as they could and respected each other's sleep time. Two things I would note: the luggage lockers do not fit large-sized luggage but will accommodate carry-on sized suitcases. I left my suitcase in the corridor with a lock attached to it though I would have felt comfortable leaving it without a lock as there is a camera above that specific area. The second thing to note is that the female floor I was on had 1 washer and 1 dryer. I had reserved the evening of my stay for doing laundry and I was happy with the results from the washer (luckily no-one else wanted to do laundry). It is in Japanese only but reception were very helpful in informing me of what to do. You just put your clothes in, pay and the washer will provide the liquid itself - done in 30 minuets. HOWEVER, the dryer is not great if you have a lot of clothes. I had 3 sets of laundry and each one needed 1hr 30min to dry fully. In retrospect I would have just taken my laundry to one of the industrial sized machines at a laundromat had I known about this. So just FYI.

Amazing facilities & staff. Transport was convenient, several malls nearby. Capsule was a bit stuffy. Noise level depends on your room mates, I wasn't very fortunate as I could only fall asleep at around 2ish am due to my room mates who were going in and out of the room and brought their suitcases inside the bedroom for packing (which was supposedly to be done outside).

The capsule was surprising large. It would be great if they had bigger lockers though. No one was able to fit their suitcase in it so you had to leave the case in the locker area.

This place has a great neighborhood!!
It was good at all. But: 1. I think the room temperature was too hot by the time I came. 2. The WiFi is pretty slow. 3. It is just that it seems there was another guest who is doing packing or whatever in the bedroom, so it was kind of a little annoying.

Loved it so much, I stayed twice!
I booked this hotel when I first got to Tokyo, not knowing the neighborhoods or subway system. It looked like it was close to Tokyo Station. It's a little further than I thought, but only one quick stop, on a few different subway lines, so nothing too awful. Or maybe a 15-20min walk. There's not a lot around the hotel tourist-interest-wise, but it was a nice, safe, clean location. I loved this pod hotel so much, that when I came back to Tokyo 2 weeks later, I booked it again. When you check in, you're assigned a bed and locker. You're given a key to your locker, that also has an electronic key for the door to the floor you're on. When you leave for the day, you trade your key in for the key to your shoes locker (since you take your shoes off and lock them up before coming in to the front desk). That way, you don't have to worry about losing your key while you're out and about. My only issue is that technically you're not suppose to be in the showers or beds between 10am and 4pm because that's when the co-ed staff come to clean. And they do a fantastic job at cleaning! It was motivating as a traveler, because it forced me to get up early and out of there before 10am. But sometimes I needed to stay later and I wasn't sure if I was going to get in trouble or get someone upset for doing so. But the 2 or 3 times I did stay past 10, everyone was still friendly and no one made me feel rushed, so I appreciated that.

One night only...
This was our one night in a capsule hotel and I think we made a good choice. The beds were a little hard but the facilities were good overall, the service at the front desk was excellent and the local area had a good choice of places to eat.
