The layout of the rooms can be found on our official website to avoid confusion at the time of arrival, we hope that for the next time you can take the time to review this information to avoid misunderstandings.Regarding the security on the window, since we are a family friendly apartment hotel, the windows have a lock that does not allow the window to open completely, however, as you did, if you ask the front desk staff we can remove the lock for better ventilation.About our coin laundry the price is 400 JPY with detergent included and dryer 100 JPY per 30 minutes. Thank you very much for your help.As you mentioned, since we are a family style apartment, many of our guests have small children.and for security reasons, we keep the windows closed so that they can't fully open the window and cause some accident.However, we understand the importance that ventilation has gained, especially in recent years,that's the reason we only unlock them under the guest requirement.Regarding your room change request, at Akasaka we only have 2 types of rooms, Japanese style and sofa bed style.Unfortunately, we did not have another type of room available during your stay and that is the reason why we could notchange your room type, we really apologize for this matter.We hope that in the future you could stay in any another of our properties that match better withyour itinerary plans.Best regards!
